Project “Young People for Strong Communities” Ends with Tangible Results for Archar

The “Business Innovations for Career Development” Foundation and Asociatia “ACT Integration” have completed the implementation of the project “Young People for Strong Communities: Participation, Solidarity and Democratic Engagement”.

The project delivered two volunteering team activities and one individual volunteering activity, involving a total of 28 young participants from Bulgaria and Romania. Nineteen of them were young people with fewer opportunities.

The project created opportunities for civic dialogue, gathering local opinions, developing youth proposals, making practical contributions to the public environment, preparing a report with recommendations, and supporting the library at the “Obrazovanie – 1898” Community Centre.

The volunteers developed civic, social, multilingual, digital, cultural, and practical competences, which were identified and recognised through Youthpass. All participants reported that they had contributed to positive change in the community.

We thank the volunteers, the partner organisation, the community centre and library teams, local residents, and everyone who supported the activities. The achievements are a shared result and a foundation for future initiatives benefiting small communities.
