From Local Needs to Practical Actions and Recommendations

The second volunteering activity under the project “Young People for Strong Communities: Participation, Solidarity and Democratic Engagement”, No. 2025-1-BG01-ESC51-VTJ-000346452, implemented by the “Business Innovations for Career Development” Foundation in partnership with Asociatia “ACT Integration”, has been completed.

 

The volunteers took part in light and safe actions to improve public spaces, conducted the civic survey “The Voice of Citizens in Archar”, and gathered information on local needs and development opportunities.

Through observation, conversations with residents, and analysis of the results, the participants prepared a report with recommendations addressing the public environment, civic participation, culture, and local resources. The results were presented to the community and provided a basis for follow-up initiatives.

The activity combined practical volunteering contributions with civic participation and showed how young people can turn observations and local opinions into concrete proposals.
